I honestly recommend this place to everyone South Indian food lovers. The food quality and quantity both are good. Ambiance was very much attractive.

I had booked a table via Zomato for 8.15 PM on 23rd Oct, paid cover charge too. It was with for a family dinner (2 elderly parents in their 80s, hardly get a chance to go out but made all the effort. We reached the restaurant 5 mins early not to miss our slot. The restaurant flatly refused to honour the reservation - asking the full family to wait for 30+ minutes. Sachin. Nair was at the counter - no courtesy, pure arrogance. I would recommend Zomato to blacklist the restaurant and all such restaurant who don’t honour their mutual agreement. Additionally, the place is over crowded, under staffed and as a result the service is very poor

A perfect place to destroy and spoil a birthday. Staff is clueless, food is tasteless. They took a clean 30 minutes to bring a masala dosa to the table. And by that time it was ice cold. On complaining they replied that dosa gets cold in a minute. But that idiot was shown that even the filling was cold. Only after the dosa was replaced with another fresh new cold dosa. 😅 In what sense they claim that they are authentic south Indian restaurant when a simple coconut chutney is not prepared fresh, it was straight out of a refrigerator, served cold and on tasting we get that weird taste and smell as it was stored in a cold storage.

I would give this restaurant negative 5 if it was an option. Crappy service - restaurant was not ready to accept ZOMATO table booking and kept saying they had a 50 mins waiting and couldn’t accommodate even after we reached at exact time. The food was so bad- dosa was half the size of regular dosas. Portion size was super small
