Only 1 issue you have started samosa in your menu again then why not keep samosa chat that too was you fantastic dish and u don't have to keep many other accompaint inventory like chutney etc. Pls pls start it also

Chana Puri was good..but grill cheese sandwich was very bad..small portion cheese in sandwich..really very bad experience...

As we have ask for water for 3 times but due to small order they don't even listen and serve the order those who order more they serve quickly looks like only big order has the value very unprofessional towards service

I was at this location of HOCCO for a quick dinner. First, we had to wait for 10 minutes until I could figure out if the items were self-service or table service. upon inspection with the cashier, I was relieved to know that it's a table service restaurant just like other HOCCCO locations though no one came to ask for the order. to keep it simple and quick, I ordered from Cas counter for 2 plates of chole puri. after waiting for 20 mins, we got 1 plate and were expecting the next one in 2,3 mins. 5 minutes later, a dish popped out the kitchen window, and was relieved that my second plate was on its way to my table but the relief didn't last any longer as I discovered that it was going to a different table. after waiting for 10 more minutes and losing patience I asked the cashier (who was busy delivering orders on tables), about my second plate I was informed that he sent my order to a different table and mine is still under progress. the table which got my chole puri weren't happy as they had instructed the waiter to bring a burger first for the kid and then 3 plates of chole puri after and together. really dissatisfied worh their service. my mom ate on her own and then if I was to continue, I would have had to eat by myself while she would have had to stare me while I was t it. since I lost patience and was getting late, I cancelled my order and paid for the 1 playe and left ghe store and informed the staff that I'll be complaining and posting reviews. I think that it's not only the staff issue but also the management as well because they clearly looked understaffed and still tried to keep up. after finally paying the bill I now I had to eat on Street shop which happened to be more courteous and quick on order preparation as well as taste. also no toilet paper roll in washroom and or wash basin area nor on my table.

very slow services and very disappointed with services have wait for 45 mintues for my order to come after placed for simple meals like French fries and for burger and butter milk now I am never want to go for hocco eatery again for food.. please imporved your services

Honestly the service was pretty fast but the taste was shit. THE CHANNA PURI was shit the Puri was so chewy and oily, the channa were okish. The pizza that we ordered was the rockie corn veggie which had no veggies at all it was just pizza sauce with mayo.

paneer taka tak burger doesn't even have a patty, only a couple of cubes of paneer. no onion, tomato or cheese slice. pav bhaji tasted so bland. worst experience.
