Havmor (panchvati, CG road) delivered an order via its own delivery guy when the the zomato valet guy brought a wrong order and refused to go back to the restaurant to bring the right order. Zomato customer care was also very rude. While the restaurant obliged to our request by sending their own delivery person.

Food is Good,best and fast service, food quality is very nice , I am enjoying the food and icecream open space is good staff is very politely and quick services for customers I am enjoy food and shakes I am enjoying with my family and friends and visit more times... Bhavik shah...

The Dragon cottage is ok The Chola Bhatura is one of the best things there. Their ice creams are nice.  The Crispy Rumali is nice and the oreo milkshake is a good choice in summers. The menu is overall good

Really not happy with the food an ice cream options. Quality is degraded. New ice cream flavour are all over the city On hoardings but none are available at their prime shops. Staff has been reduced, not able to keep up the service. Disappointed.

One and only WORST outlet of the big brand chain CHOICE. We booked dining through Zomato but Staff was telling no to order new food and telling us to go out asap. Because it was there manager`s birthday. They were not treating us properly. Behaviour was very unprofessional. They were staring at us and wanted us to leave asap. They asked us to leave asap as If they owned the property. Manager wasnt interested to talk to us making us feel bad. When we asked waiter to call manager they replied it's her birthday she is not interested to talk. We don't recommend to go to choice seeing the food and services they offered here to us. Worst experience in big chain like this.

Pathetic new menu, please don't order anything from their new menu because it's awful. They have gone wrong with the menu and ingredients choice. HOCCO EATERY, WHAT A JOKE!

French fries were delivered in an unsealed brown paper bag.To top it they were cold.Vanilla shake had no seal and the glass was all messed up.Disgusting for Brand Havmor

Very bad experience. We order two Chana puri and 2 extra puri. But we got only one extra puri instead of 2.. Quality of chana also not good..
