The quality of food is excellent—there is no need to comment on the food quality or the restaurant’s ambiance. However, if you book through Zomato, you end up paying an additional 20% on the entire bill. So kindly avoid using Zomato even if it shows a 20% discount, as the customer does not receive any real benefit. For example, the restaurant bill is ₹600, but when paying via Zomato, it becomes ₹720. In this case, only Zomato benefits—not the customer. There is no advantage in using Zomato Gold membership either.

I have visited Mahamahal for the second time. During my first visit, my experience was very good; however, this time it was not satisfactory. The food was cold and the options were very limited. We had to wait for a long time for a few items, and eventually we decided not to take them as they were still under preparation and there was a long queue. The beverage options were also limited. When I asked for fresh bread (roti), the cook refused to serve hot rotis and insisted that I take the previously baked ones.

My issue is I booked table for 12 people and on district 1000 rs mentioned for two. When I visited restaurant, ask for table and mentioned booked table through district app. Restaurant people took 1200 for two. So, charge extra even after asked.

the food quality has gone down significantly. when mahamahal was started we went there 3-4 times when the food taste was really good. but over time the taste has become worse. the variety has become joke - wheather you talk about sabji, sweets, starters there is hardly any good taste now

It appears that there is no obligation to purchase through the app, as they do not offer fixed rates, and negotiation for discounts ranging from 5% to 25% or even 30% is possible. However, when booking a table, discounts are unavailable, potentially resulting in the same or higher prices compared to direct bookings. Therefore, booking through the app is not recommended. The price range of 580 to 750 seems unjustified. Furthermore, the food quality is not up to par with the prices charged, and improvements are needed in the buffet service. No photos were taken due to a lack of confidence in the online presentation, deeming it not worthwhile. It is suggested to consider Taam Jhaam, which is nearby, as it offers superior quality and service in comparison.

The food was pretty good but I would rate 1 star for service. the price for dinner buffet is 500+GST and surprisingly they charge different for walk-in and zomato dine-in. when I reached the venue the cashier asked me to pay 5800 and when I informed I will pay from Zomato he suddenly changed the price and showed me an another receipt of payment and asked me to pay 6480. Dont get fooled by Dine-In discount they will adjust the discount in bill. This is the worst experience for me for any Dine-out.

very bad experience. At that time birthday party of a kid was going on and the guest started eating while standing around food counter. They were behaving very badly like we felt that we came at some cheap wedding and everyone was rushing around. Food quality was also not good. I am ill now after having these food. Total waste of money.Management was also very poor yo mange this crowd.

restaurant buffet rate was 600 per person & we were 4 person means 2400 Rs But Restaurant increased there bill to 2880 & giave discount 20% on 2880 which costed me approx 2400 means no discount was given actually.. it's just making fool to the customer and wasting their time...very shamefull...

price at Restaurant and on district is different. further, the food is mostly cold. no proper service. dining area from the service area is too far.

Pathetic place, stale food, and bad service. Food was horrible. I found hair in sweet corn and chana salad.
