Pizza lovers-this is the place, too many reviews going wrong, but if you really and actually knw the taste, and if you are sure of what pizza actually is, than this is the place..loved it..would visit here quite often..

we ordered Olivia pizza and a calzone platter. the pizza was amazing. the crust soft spongy and tasty, the sauce tangy and delightful, the cheese was a little chewy but overall very delicious. this place comes off as slightly expensive but its definitely worth a try. the pizza was extremely good. personally did not like calzone too much, it lacked flavour, the bread to toppings/sauce ratio was not good enough and the pesto was too mild. fries were okay, you can't mess up fries, and the dip was just mayo. serving time is also quite a lot so i suggest you don't go here when you're in a hurry. the owner is nice, the seating is very simple and minimalistic, not too comfy but overall a good experience, will definitely visit again for the pizza. ------------------ visited again and ordered pizzas: oscar crystal pana and cheese dip they did not disappoint. oscar was loaded with so many veggies, i absolutely loved that. crystal was the one with white sauce and was surprisingly delicious. pana with pesto sauce was mild and i didn't enjoy the pesto too much because i couldn't really taste the flavour of basil but overall it was all pretty decent. would recommend to visit at least once.

Food: It's just great!! Visit both the branches, food quality has not changed remains same at both the places. It is value for money place. Service : Service could be better, at least they could provide free water. It's a waiterless order system so might take some time for people to adapt.

They make really good pizzas but when it comes to hygiene I will give 0 stars. The table cloths are unwashed and they don't clean it after every use . Cobwebs on the ceilings. The chilli flakes and oregano shakers dirty. The owners really need to do something about it It puts off the dining experience.

Disheartening Decline: From Favorite to Frustrating they opened a new outlet, I was excited to give it a try, expecting the same great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was a significant letdown. 1. Drastic Drop in Quality: The quality of the pizza from the new outlet was shockingly bad compared to what I've always enjoyed at their other location. The crust was dry and tasteless, a far cry from the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness I was used to. The toppings, which were once fresh and flavorful, were now sparse and bland. The cheese seemed lower in quality, melting into a greasy layer rather than the gooey, delicious stretch I had previously loved. 2. Unappealing Flavor: The pizza itself was virtually tasteless. The sauce lacked the rich, zesty flavor that used to make each bite delightful. Overall, the experience was like eating cardboard with a hint of tomato. It was hard to believe this was the same brand that had once been my go-to for a satisfying pizza night. 3. Overpriced and Underwhelming: For the price, I expected much better. The new outlet charges the same high prices as the original, but the value for money is nonexistent. It's disheartening to see a once-favorite place now serving overpriced, mediocre food. 4. Appalling Customer Service: The most troubling part of the experience was the service. When I politely raised my concerns about the decline in quality, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. The staff refused to acknowledge any issues, instead arguing with me in a rude and unprofessional manner. It's one thing to have an off day, but treating loyal customers with such disdain is unacceptable. 5. A Heartbreaking Experience: It's truly sad to see a place I once loved deteriorate so quickly. I had high hopes for the new outlet, but after this experience, I doubt I'll be returning. MYOS needs to take a hard look at their quality control and customer service standards if they hope to retain their loyal customer base. Final Thoughts: If you're considering trying the new outlet of MYOS, I would advise caution. Until they can match the quality and service of their original location, it's not worth the disappointment or the cost. I hope they can turn things around, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere for my pizza fix.

I recently visited this *Instagram*pizza outlet called MYOS with high expectations, only to be met with a series of disappointments. The first thing that struck me was the unhygienic conditions of the kitchen. It was a sight that did not inspire confidence in the food being prepared there. The seating arrangement was another letdown. There was no proper seating available, making it uncomfortable for customers who wished to dine in. To add to the discomfort, there was dust everywhere on the furniture, which is not something one expects from a restaurant. Coming to the food, the pizza crust was far from satisfactory. It lacked the crispness and flavor that one associates with a good pizza. The cheese used on the pizza was akin to chewing gum, making it a struggle to enjoy the pizza. The sauce, which is often the saving grace in such situations, was just average in taste. It did not have the tanginess or the richness to uplift the overall taste of the pizza. Lastly, the pricing of the items on the menu did not justify the quality of the food and the ambiance. It felt overpriced for the kind of experience it offered. This place is quite hyped, but it failed to live up to it. In conclusion, this pizza outlet was a letdown in terms of hygiene, ambiance, and food quality. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and make necessary improvements.

Visited the Myos Vastrapur branch recently. on a Saturday with friends. food was great but their services were pathetic .. apparently they are not a cafe but a pizzeria so that they don't provide ketchup and spoons . fair enough ! but u don't put an ample amount of tissues on a table ?? Your ambience of a cafe is also bad ?? Your place was not tidy .. Only good food can't take you to great heights.. Work on basic restaurant/cafe/ pizzeria management skills . Should have clicked photos for providing you better insights . 😊 btw . talked with 4 other people who visited your place . all had the same reviews about your "services part" . Have a great day ! 😊

Would like to quote the owners response when I found hair in the pizza base - " 97% of restaurants face this issue and it is very normal to happen". So customers shouldn't bother that there is hair in their food. She gave a 100 off remarking that she's doing it especially for us as if she was doing us a favor and did not take any responsibility or accepting that it was a problem. None of her staff including her were wearing those hair caps and hygiene is a big question mark in the place. Never going here again
