As you walk inside this amazing designer lit restaurant you do feel luxury and ambience to remember but basics in food srrvice are missing. Even though I had to please them by rating them as per their hifi ipad restaurant digital service gadget they carry but they need to upgrade and learn to be actually at par with not just state of the art technology but also the service food and customer satisfaction as per their price, abience & sophisticatedness. I've been a globetrotter and have experienced hospitality globally and specially from narrow streets of rural india with a smile serving with utmost love n humility to win my heart, to the King like treatment and presentation. So I know what I'm talking about. Food was gr8 slightly overpriced. Thanks

Food was too spicy even after mentioning multiple times that we want less spicy food. Of late this has been the case with Nini’s whether it’s delivery or dine in…. Food is always extremely spicy no matter which cuisine we order

We ordered Mexican food which was not as per expectations, the enchiladas was too sour, rajma was not cooked properly. Mexican hotpot was okay okay.

we order thin crust veg pizza, it was not good, very average quality, there were hardly any toping, then we ordered Nachos, they gave small qty of very salty nacho with little cheese, not good quality. I feel that when they initially opened restaurant, all was good but over the time all food quality has detoriated.

nothing food in wasnt upto quality as per prices and reparations were not upto the mark. quantity was lesser and taste gone down remarkably

Overpriced, no value for money. Staff provided incorrect information about dish/preparation. Got half cooked rotis on a plate. One can get better food in restaurants around the corner. And look at their customer service, I have called their central number to provide feedback and was told that I would get a response from the restaurant manager but nobody cares !!

On deserts are good pasta sucks and even the service sucks they think they are smart but don’t know how the food is served and they are lowering the standards of nini’s kitchen specifically Mr. Abhishek

food was too salty we had ordered mushroom risotto. it had raw onion in it and was too gooey for a ristto as well the rice was hard
