We ordered Rasam Vada, but shockingly, the owner flatly refused to give some extra rasam and served only the vada. When questioned, instead of resolving the issue politely, the owner became arrogant and argumentative, behaving as if the customer was at fault for expecting extra rasam with Rasam Vada. The attitude was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that, the place was dirty and highly unhygienic, making the entire experience even worse. This is not how customers should be treated. Poor service, bad attitude, and questionable hygiene. Definitely not recommended.
