We have ordered a Margherita Pizza item and Mango Mousse of which we received Pizza item at around in 20-25 minutes but Mango mouse was not received by us even after waiting for 45 minutes and at the end they argue that we have less staff and other orders are their even though we six are the First customer in the evening... Very Pathetic service, no food availability at times, no food stock, no food was given on time and at last we havent received the Mango mouse and we have to leave without eating. As a customer, the attitude toward us was very poor and very much arrogant replying as it we have come for free eating. Next time I will not recommend any friends and families to book from zomato such scheme bcoz at last you will be treated very badly as you have come for free eating.

Attitude and the way of language they use is so disgusting and very uncomfortable and totally local language and talk in way of anger I don’t know why, they ruin the moment if there is couples, and also not worth it in price structure even in 50% offer. Please do not go for this place there is a lot more options if you want ruin your moment please go there. Thank you.

Plz dont waste your time & money over this chocolate room….worst service… We have been there for 4th time but this time the entire staff has been changed. Worst manager lady we came across No plates given with pizza, avacado toast and momos… they expected us to have it direct from plate between all 4 of us! Would not ever recommend after our this visit

today i visit choclate road m with my family i ordered pancakes seriously it was worst experience the presentation was nil taste was bad nd after all this the behaviour of there one of staff was very rude they even are not accepting their mistake

They don’t accept Zomato payment without table booking, service is also bad
