We went there with family and enjoyed the place. The food and ambience is very good and soothing. The live music was very soulful and the service was great. Kids and family both enjoyed the food and ambiance

Worst taste of panner lababdar , they don’t know how to keep customer happy ! Even ordered lasuni subz nainital but it didn’t even taste lasuni … very basic and they even not ready to change it ! If you go to basic restaurant they give better service compared to this and atleast they listen and ask to customer what kind of taste they want ! I will suggest don’t take your family here .. you will be disappointed anyway

worst experience of mine ever in such a classy hotel. Staffs are not well trained. AC cooling is also not proper. Thay don't took care of their customers. Houseflies are murmurring all around the food. Customers hace to wait for atleast 40 mins. for their food. Overall not a good restaurant and not at all worthy 😔

if you go there with water bottles they will not allow you it means if you want packed water bottle you have to purchase it from them compulsory as my review such big hotels like THE HILLOCK therly have not to worry about earings from the water bottles. this is showing your greed
