We are from Kolkata, so we wanted to eat Local Amritsari food. We consulted Master Chef Bobby to order our dish, He made us Amritsari Kulchas, 1 Daal Manh Fry, 1 Palak Vadiyan , Chola and Phirni. In extra he made us his signature dish invented by his father " Daal Bukhara " which was undoubtedly " The Best Kali Daal " which I ever had. The Kulcha was crisp till the end. This was the best Amritsari food that we ever had. Big Big Thank you to Master Chef Bobby. Loved every bit of your food. Lots of love to you and hugs. Your hands are no less than a magicians hand. Hope this taste remains the same forever.

Thank You so much team for making it memorable and special for my parents. As I lived far from the city, my requests were taken so good care which are beyond my expectations. As a hotelier too, I can understand how small things can make a big difference for which Im so thankful to Mr. Abhishek , whom I contacted and asked for certain requests . He’s really very helpful and such a great hotelier who looked upon it and made it special for them as well for me away from them. Thanks again for the same. Really looking forward to create more memories with ITC🙏🏻

One of the finest, elite and foodgasmic place to have dinner. A place quite away from the main city but is peaceful, grand and exquisite. The buffet is well spread and have good number of options in chaat. The gulabjamun and rasmalai are one of the best in terms of taste and aroma. The staff is very helpful and friendly specially Mr. Sumit. Only one drawback was a bit slow service in terms of bread but can say that it has just started so they will overcome it soon. But a must visit to the property and restuarant.

Excellent service in restaurant nearby reception welcome age phulkari, the whole team is so nice specially Dilpreet from service is so nice and helped us with everything.

The place has been done beautifully! The staff is polite and courteous.Food was good, not great! We tried spaghetti agility olio once, which was good but it could have been better, and spaghetti bolognese the other time, which was bad! The flavours were not balanced at all, there was too much flavour of tomato in it. Also tried veg fried rice and chicken, both of which were very good. Portion size is good! Have had their chocolate mousse and buttermilk cheesecake and completely loved both of them! The desserts have been just perfect each time! Ordered chicken schnitzel and chicken mac n cheese and loved both the dishes! Recently tried the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Everything about it was perfect!

I get excellent Amritsari Fish Tikka in Mumbai, hence wantwd The Amritsari Fish at Amritsar, bud sadly the bhajiyaas of Mumbai are better than the Amritsari Fish at his hotel.
