We had a wonderful dining experience at Alba! Chef Trilok crafted an exceptional menu with flavors that were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected true culinary artistry. A special mention to Aakancha, our server, who provided outstanding service—attentive, warm, and professional throughout the evening. She made sure every detail was taken care of, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommend Alba for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Kudos to the team!

I visited the place for dinner on Saturday night and I would recommend the place for its fine-dining experience! The ambience is elegant, the food is delicious and Somi gave us great service and recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious but amuse-bouche, Ravioli and pizza stood out.

The vegetarian sunchoke soup and the desserts (coconut panna cotta and chocolate cake with truffle) were my favourites. Nice ambience too. Would love to go back and try more food.

Wanted a quiet family dinner after a long time, so booked at the Alto Vino , thinking it to be at the JW Marriott, but was mistaken and never really bothered to check the address. Landed at the JW and realized the mistake - since we had already arrived, headed up to Alba for our dinner. The restaurant was almost empty with just 1 other diner. We were seated at the elevated section. I have dined at ALBA before for the Manish Mehrotra popup and 2 other sit down dinners. The menu is decent and we settled down with our orders Crispy Halloumi in Kataifi, Citrus prawn , yellow tail crudo and Avocado cream, Aglio Olio Spaghetti for the kids, Orto E Olive, Asparagus Risotto , burrata and ricotta ravioli. The problems started soon after. Inspite of half the restaurant being empty - the food was painstakingly slow to arrive. Each course took its own time to make it to the table . When we were running out of time and decided to call it a day, and wanted the last 2 dishes to be cancelled, we were told they were already prepared ( waited 10 mins before and perhaps 10 mins after ) for the food to be packed. Having been part of 3 sit down dinners before this, there was a level of service that had set a bench mark and to fall shockingly lower than that was something that left a bad taste in the mouth. Not only did they risotto not make it in time, when we taste it after going home, it wasnt really an enjoyable experience 40 mins later. Having said that, apart from the slow service, the food was saving grace. The lemon prawn was fantastic, so was the pizza. I wish i wasn't subjected to such disastrous service standards for what had the makings for an otherwise fantastic family meal.

Do not waste your time or money here. Everything was way below average and far from Italian as can be, although the chef apparently is Italian. Having travelled to Italy, a few times, I can say this is a terrible representation of Italian Cuisine. Lacking in flavour and salt. I don’t think I ever reached for salt in Italy. The spices and flavours of Italian cuisine shine through every bite. Alba was just a BLAA.

Food was average. The menu looks confused. The older menu was any day better than the present one. The burrata salad had avocado which completely spoilt the taste. We were offered a palette cleanser which was a piece of falafel, quite strange to offer this at an Italian restaurant. Pizza was very average. Definitely lot to improve.

Extremely Disappointing Valentine's Day at JW Marriott Bangalore I cannot believe the awful experience I had at the Italian restaurant at JW Marriott Bangalore today. First off, despite our reservation being made for 8:30 PM, they had it down for 7:00 PM. After showing up at the correct time, we were unceremoniously shoved to a random 6-seater table, even though we were just two people. On top of that, we were promised the option of both an à la carte and set menu the day before, only to arrive and be told that the set menu was our only option. What a joke. And let’s not even talk about the food. It was honestly disgusting – nothing remotely close to what you'd expect from a high-end hotel like this. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the wine they gave us was some cheap, awful white wine, which felt completely disrespectful for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. I’m beyond disappointed and feel completely let down by the poor service and overall lack of care. This place clearly doesn’t know how to treat its guests properly. Definitely not returning. Also don’t eat the food which i have uploaded the photos

Booked the place for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Had a very disappointing experience. The Manager Mr Vaishakh needs to brush up on his skills. Had called him 2 to 3 days in advance and enquired about vegan options. He gave me the confidence that he would take care of it. IT WAS NOT. The chef came and spoke about why he dint have vegan options. If you are a club marriott member, please don't bother going there at all. They treat like they are doing you a favor. Very Very bad experience. Food was very ordinary. They need to rethink their staff and their menu.
