Was Truly mind -blown with the buffet. The spread was amazing and very international. So far I had not encountered this kind of variety in a buffet. Lobster crackers, Lobster fry, Lobster grill, Lobster Biryani, Lobster salads, lobster soup, King prawn grilled, Octopus salad, king fish fry, grilled fish , lemon butter garlic fish, Indian Currys , chicken ( 5 types indian & continental, Sushi , Thai curry with Jasmine rice , Italian, Vietnamese , Indian Main course - rice , rotis , mind blowing desserts, ice creams etc ... There were another 25 dishes which i couldn't even try. So loved it ... Slurrrp slurrrp.. It's a must try !

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary here with our families and we enjoyed the buffet lunch. The spread was amazing and the food tasted great too. I must say that the staff at Shangri-La are extremely hospitable, welcoming and friendly. We had a small mishap at the restaurant, but the staff took care of it so prompt and professionally. We were very impressed by their service. A big thank you to the manager and entire team for making our day extra special. Please keep up the excellent service and hospitality.

We went there for Sunday brunch. The mango cocktails included in the brunch package were too sweet and did not taste refined. As a vegan I really had hopes to find a lot of dishes that were 100% plant based, but wasn’t the case. There was only one dessert that was gluten and dairy free that was absolutely terrible. The okonomiyaki was doughy and not upto mark. For a brunch where we pay so much, would have been nice to have a more inclusive spread catering to all diets

I have had breakfast here before, which was great. We went for the lunch buffet today. It was horrible. Every dish was bad, every single one. The sushi was dry and tasteless, the Asian section was bland and basic, the lamb and fish dishes were especially bad, every single one of them, cross cuisine were terrible. The chicken roast was dry, chewy, the soups were bad. The service was inadequate, though I would say the staff were accommodating, but it seemed there were too few staff to cater to the full crowd, maybe due to May 1st weekend. I won't badmouth the people, they smiled, they cared, but were rarely found. The dessert section was the only good thing, good selection and tasted good. But I will never visit again, extremely poor, extremely disappointing. Also, not a single drink option was available. The best thing about the spread was their cheese selection, that should tell you all you need to know. 0/10

A female employee was unkind and rude. I asked her to check the sausage because it was undercooked, but she just took it away and didn't give any feedback.
