We went there for Sunday brunch. The mango cocktails included in the brunch package were too sweet and did not taste refined. As a vegan I really had hopes to find a lot of dishes that were 100% plant based, but wasn’t the case. There was only one dessert that was gluten and dairy free that was absolutely terrible. The okonomiyaki was doughy and not upto mark. For a brunch where we pay so much, would have been nice to have a more inclusive spread catering to all diets

fine dining 5 star hotels on the name of continental food are serving tasteless food. Buffet spreads are limited on the main course. if you want to eat cashew, almonds, some raw fruits, it is a good place but if you are looking for some yummy cusine forget it. I had to even ask for fish pieces in one curry. Absolutely below par, it can't even compare with an average barbeque nation buffet. highly disappointing. though they are rushing to open a still water bottle which cost Rs380 for 750 ml. Highly unpleasant experience.

We booked a slot for 3 people at 2pm. The restaurant was 20% occupied. We had to wait for 50 mins for our order. The food served was initially wrong naan but we were told that’s right. Later they brought the right naan. This was my second bad experience at Shangrila. A year back the terrace restaurant served hair with biryani which they tried covering up with offering us sweets/icecream. People need to take their responsibilities seriously.

A female employee was unkind and rude. I asked her to check the sausage because it was undercooked, but she just took it away and didn't give any feedback.
