I had one of the best food experiences at Biryani By Kilo, Sarjapur! The taste, aroma, and quality of the food were absolutely outstanding. Every bite felt rich, flavorful, and freshly prepared with great care. The biryani was perfectly cooked with authentic spices, and the overall presentation was also very impressive. What truly made the experience even more special was the amazing support and hospitality from the team. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They ensure that every customer feels valued and comfortable. A special mention to the team for their dedication and excellent service – it really shows how much they care about their customers. From ordering to delivery/service, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food and a warm, welcoming experience. This is absolute fraud and pure cheating. I specifically ordered the 4-piece Mutton Biryani. What did I get? Exactly 3 actual pieces of mutton and a 4th "piece" that was literally just a solid block of masala disguised to look like meat. ​To make matters worse, all 3 actual pieces were central rib chops—meaning I paid a premium price for a box of bones with barely any actual meat on them. ​Errors happen. I understand a human miscount. But it’s the restaurant's reaction and pathetic customer service that makes this unacceptable. When I raised this with both Zomato and Biryani By Kilo directly, I got a completely useless response stating that "pieces are by weight." ​Are you serious? If it is sold by weight, don't explicitly market and label it as a "4-piece" biryani. You are intentionally misleading customers. ​When I tried to get this resolved, the restaurant support team literally disconnected the call on me. Disgusting behavior. You don't just cheat people out of their money and then slam the phone down when called out on your fraud. ​Never ordering from Biryani By Kilo again. Zero ethics, zero accountability, and daylight robbery. Save your money and order from someone who actually respects their customers.
