Review: Buffalo Wild Wings – Great Vibe, Disappointing Service I've visited Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times, including for major sporting events like the IPL Final and now the French Open 2025 Final. While the venue has a lot going for it, unfortunately, the poor service consistently ruins what could otherwise be a great experience. What Works: Ambience & Setup: As a sports bar, the vibe is undeniably good. There are plenty of TV screens and solid audio systems, which enhance the viewing experience during big matches. Food Quality: I’m personally not a huge fan of wings, but they do serve decent food. The menu has variety and the beer options are satisfactory. What Doesn’t Work (and Seriously Needs Attention): Service Delays: Every single time I’ve been here, the service has been unacceptably slow. Today, it took over 15 minutes just to get someone to take my order — and that too after repeated reminders. I also saw a family of four enter and wait without even receiving a menu. Staff Attitude: The waitstaff seems indifferent and untrained in the basics of hospitality. There are no greetings, no smiles, and no effort to make the customer feel welcome. Zero Proactiveness: Waiters don’t make any recommendations or attempt to explain the menu. They just note your order mechanically. It’s disappointing because the first interaction with a server can truly shape the entire dining experience. Sadly, that opportunity is being completely missed here. Table Maintenance: Nobody seems to be responsible for clearing tables. Even 45 minutes after finishing and paying, our table was still cluttered with used dishes. Ridiculous Charges: I asked for two small pieces of cucumber and carrot, and was told they were chargeable — this after ordering ₹600 worth of wings. It’s either laughable or infuriating, depending on how you look at it. “Busy Without Business”: All the waiters appear occupied, yet very little actual service is happening. It’s a confusing and frustrating experience as a customer. Final Thoughts: Buffalo Wild Wings has a fantastic setup for sports lovers — good screens, decent food, and drinks. But the lack of hospitality and poor service standards ruin the overall experience. With some basic training and attention to customer service, this place could easily become a go-to destination. Until then, it remains a missed opportunity. Not sure if the management even reads these reviews, but if they do — please, fix this. The potential is there; it’s the execution that’s failing.

The most horrendous customer service I have ever come across. The waiters would not come to the table even after calling them out 7-10 times, they would just brush past you. So many times there were no waiters on the floors and they were there they would just walk fast and ignore you. we had to wait 40 mins for them to get a drink from the cooler, which was right next to us! We had to first find the designated waiter, go up to them and tell them the order and yet no one came. The food is overpriced, the pizza they served us worth 700 bucks was a joke. There was nothing on it, it was bread and some cream cheese. We chose to came here instead of social for the screening, biggest mistake. Never setting foot here again Lastly they refused to take payment through Zomato, which obviously they conveniently forgot to pre inform us

One of my favourite go to wings place but turned out to be a disaster last night. There was literally just one staff serving and taking orders at 11pm with an annoyed temperament as though we were dining on his mercy and to top it all they have served us stale food which caused us severe digestive issues the next day. They served us kachumber instead of the actual vegetables for the basil fish with no choice of potatoes. He gets everything served and then says sorry the vegetables are out of stock and we don’t have mashed potatoes so we had settle for fries while on a diet. Terrible experience to say the least and never going back.

Had an absolutely terrible experience at the RCB vs Punjab match screening. They charged us a cover of 1500 per person and acted extremely pricey at the entrance. However the food and the service was absolutely not up to it and it was a horrendous dinner experience. We were waiting around for most of 2.5 hours and despite that we only got ~20% of everything we ordered. The service was slow, they were understaffed, no one had any clue whatsoever, and even after all this, the food was simply not worth the wait. Never going back here again.

What a disappointing experience. Went in to enjoy a football match and some good food but was surprised with how bad the service was. Messed up orders, simple items taking too much time to be served and staff making faces when they were asked about the bad service. Firstly, take responsibility. Definitely not acceptable. Never going back.

Terrible service, food is always late, half of the menu is not available and you have to sell your kidney to get the waiter to take your order. Avoid this place like the plague. The cherry on the cake is that on a high voltage football screening day, the TV works worse than the Internet explorer!

worst classic buffalo wings ever tasted. they were cold and the kitchen staff messed up with the classic sauce orders. they took our the buffalo wings order from the bill.

I would give them a -1 if I could. They took reservations on zomato for the RCB finals and told us everything was booked at the last minute

The waiter forgot to place the order, extremely low staffed and extremely bad service. The wings were also mid.
