The place is actually clam. The new combos aren't available all the time, it would be great if the combos are available .Good service and good ambience .

This outlet in esteem mall has a very good ambience and service too. ordered for regular cappuccino which tasted as usual good. To our surprise their was a salt cookie and croissant 🥐 given as compliment. Their cafe frappe was delicious 😋. Ambience-4/5 Service-4/5 Taste -4/5

The staff is very rude, there was a serving lady who was so adamant to accommodate changes that too for her own mistake. CCD is a great brand but this outlet is horrible because of the staff who make your experience disgusting. Attitude problem needs to be addressed, staff should learn how to behave with customers.
