I’m raising a complaint about my takeaway burrito today. The roll was too big and poorly wrapped, and the fillings inside were not mixed at all every bite had separate ingredients. It was not enjoyable or fit for consumption. I’ve attached photos for reference. This is really disappointing for the premium price charged. I would like a full refund for this order. Please confirm the refund process at the earliest.

We came here to dine in and enjoy the ambiance, but unfortunately the staff were prioritizing online delivery packing over attending to customers sitting inside. We had to wait multiple times to be noticed. Dine-in customers should not feel ignored. Please improve service quality.
