Really a peaceful ambience of the place to hangout. Really tasty paneer tikka sandwich and ginger chai is awesome. Also purchased a superb filter dabra set with the suggestions of mr Hari Krishna the Manager of the store. He is very polite and humble. He's pretty fast in taking orders and also suggests a lot. Also the staff team was on their toes with every orders.

Paneer idli pop's really tasty. Ginger chai is awesome. Staff are humble, polite and lightning fast. Would love to visit again whenever I have free time.

The quality of chai has come down.Here tea used to be my favorite, but today it was very watery! Vada paav was very good.

Very bad experience. Paid through Zomato and the amount was deducted, but the staff claimed there was a technical error and said they didn’t receive the payment. I was forced to pay again through the District app after involving Zomato support, with an assurance that I’d get a refund. Till now, no refund received. Money got deducted twice due to poor billing handling. Both Chai Point and Zomato are at fault. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
