We celebrated anniversary there. The food quality is top-notch, we tried the Penang nasi goreng rice and the keow-teow flat noodles - both of which were fabulous. The staff is polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the cuisine and very reliable with its recommendations. The menu is elaborate, food was tasty and presented well. They have both indoor and outdoor seating , outdoor setting has a nice water body view. Ambient music was soothing.

Chef Agam along with his team Deepa and Toufique made our evening really special. The lamb, and edamame dumplings stood out. This is a place we love visiting regularly for the warm hospitality

chef shaiful is doing a fantabulous job with food, esp. the nasi goreng...a must try. also good were the Korean fried chicken. overall a nice lunch. amazing service by Devasish.

Great food and fabulous service by the entire team and especially Vizo. She made our dinner extra special for us. Loved every second of it.

While the grand rooms and food live upto the JW standards, their service is PATHETIC! The welcome staff at reception are amazing, Priyanshu at the breakfast area asked me to go fetch milk myself from the bar when I asked for the empty jug to be refilled. Asked another staff at East restaurant for a glass of milk to be ordered to the room for my baby but he asked me rudely to go to the room and place the order myself. When i pointed out that I need the milk by the time I reach the room hence the request, he made a sulking face and went inside. We followed up later but never got the milk nor anyone from inroom dining responded. The waiting staff are just too many but very few actually do the work. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone
