I don't even understand how this restaurant has such bad review. I used to go here just 2,3 months regularly. And the food was 👌👌👌💯 Not just a particular item, but most of the items I ordered we super duper tasty. I was making all kind of plans to go here again next time I visit Bengaluru with my relatives.. Tho, there was only one waiter there and he was not that great. But food was superb.

Totally mediocre restaurant. It’s convenient since it is near the entry point towards NICE road. Food is very very regular and the prices are no less. For 300 Rs paneer dish, the quantity was too less. It was just about enough to eat 3 wheat parathas.

I live in Kengeri and decided to try this place with my family. We had ordered kebabs, ghee rice and pepper chicken. Kebabs were so bad that it was stinking of bad oil. Pepper chicken was half cooked with only masala and hardly any chicken pieces in it. And the so called cold served ghee rice was so bad that I instantly felt like puking when I tasted it. Extremely bad experience. And not to miss out their service, They take minimum 30 minutes to serve any dish you order, and make you wait for ever as you wait starving looking at other people eating. You can also notice, their untrained staff chit chatting & staring at visitors instead of attending customers. It was such a bad experience, never again in my life will visit this restaurant. The only good thing about this place is it has good parking space and restaurantlools big. This place deserves 5 stars if they had an option for bad dinning experience. I would give a zero 0 star if I had an option.

Worst food experience – Rotten chicken served This is one of the worst and most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was served rotten chicken with a strong foul smell. The moment I opened the dish, the smell itself was enough to cause nausea and vomiting. This is not a small mistake — serving spoiled meat is a serious health hazard. It clearly shows zero hygiene standards and no quality control in the kitchen. If someone falls sick after eating this food, who will take responsibility? When informed, the staff showed no proper apology or accountability, which makes the situation even worse. ❌ No hygiene ❌ No food safety ❌ No responsibility I strongly warn everyone NOT to eat non-veg food from this place, especially chicken. Your health is more important than cheap food. This restaurant should be inspected by the Food Safety Department immediately.

Terrible experience at Emperor Legacy, Kengeri! 😕 Requested soya sauce for our soup and they asked us to pay extra for it! Unbelievable. Had to ask multiple times, and the staff was super rude. Food quality was subpar, service was slow, and the attitude towards customers was awful. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Took 30 min to prove sauce even after we paid. Even after paying they give this Worst experience and pathetic food . Im professional and impolite behaviour staff #badexperience #poorservice

We ordered twice recently.....in both the cases the quantity given were less....this time today I went to the restaurant with the sealed packs of chicken manchow soup ....they admitted it is less and now getting them replaced
