Both the lavender cake and the coffee at Table no. GF14 were toooo sweet. I left a bit of both. Definitely expect better for the price.

Please get the service good. We always have to wait 30-35minutes for American breakfast which is nit acceptable always.

I ordered the siracha chicken burger, and it was so below par, I felt like eating at a roadside place. it had coleslaw, instead of Sriracha, it had barbecue sauce, the chicken was cold instead of taking 30 mins to serve. fries were 100% double fired as they were brittle, not crispy. the cold coffee was okay! not bad. service is alright. They look disinterested, but do the job.. glen used to be good, but it's just an overhyped roadside food at premium now. go absolutely anywhere else!

The service is terrible since they are understaffed. They can't deal with the volume of guests and orders. My drink arrived when I was almost done with my meal, and they didn't even let me cancel it beforehand because it was in preparation. Quite surprising that it took them longer to make hot mocha than it took to make soup! Each time I asked for water, it took them more than five minutes to pour me a glass. The food was brilliant, but the poor service dampened my experience.

The food is very below average be it shakes, be it oven items or anything. Even the deserts are too very sweet with actual no flavour in them.

The hot chocolate here is pathetic. We also ordered Pesto chicken sourdough pizza and wasn't a fan of it either

The croissant was stale, garlic breads loaded with weird cheese, coffee was average, staff had no idea what they were doing. The legendary Blore brand is on a downward spiral…save your money and time…avoid this place !!!

I have been a regular at Glen’s at one point of time a few years back. But the food quality has gone really down. The desserts are still okay. But anything apart from baked food tastes real bad.
