Called and booked an order, 30 mins prior for self pickup, but when I went there, they asked me to wait for 10 mins and they haven't even started preparations. unprofessional. But, I didn't expect a call back from the owner, who offered to Dunzo the food wherever I was. He was sincere and kind to offer that. Thank you.

Really awesome food. Seekh roll was very juicy and very tasteful. Shahi tukda is must try, crunchy and perfectly sweet. Staff were really prompt and courteous.

Tried the Irani seekh roll and the mutton seekh roll this time and both were very good. The irani seekh being a mild version. I would prefer the been seekh anytime though over this both as it has more flavour and juice. Very reasonably priced.

Had the usual jumbo seekh roll and it was amazing as always. Tried the chicken tikka this time and it wasn't upto the mark. The chicken was quite dry and not so tender. Will stick to their seekh rolls.

I was asked not to pay with zomato , but the owner was more than helpful after a call . the seekh jumbo roll was juicy and tender as always

Delayed orders, need to wait long time. Biryani waa served cold, less variety. Unpleasant place, lacks light and ventilation. Dining area and washroom unclean.

I reached here at 12 pm (the scheduled opening time). The shutters were down and the rude boy at the counter told me that stuff was not ready. When I got back at 12.30, he again rudely told me the preparations weren’t ready although the doors were open. Why don’t they just state on their Google page that timings don’t mean anything and they’ll serve when they feel like it. Add to this the declining quality of their product. The rotis are raw, and the meat is hard and dry instead of moist and juicy. This is a declining establishment going further down the drain due to the indifference and arrogance of its staff.

I ordered a kalmi roll, and all I got was two chicken pieces (with bone and cartilage in them) and tons of unflavored onions. It was flavourless and completely ruined my experience of trying out fanoos for the first time and i wasted my money. Never buying anything from this place again. horrible, horrible food

Zomato pay not accepted, it shows on app though. The outlet forces to pay full amount, fooling customer showing dineout accepted. Why displaying wrong information. Need refund for my order

I ordered half tandoori chicken and the breast piece was shredded away and was incompletely served. The rumali was also torn and incomplete
