the restaurant vibes are so nice. The food is also very good and it tastes nice. but service was worst there is no server standing on the floor there are busy in their work. i literally call more than 5 times but there is no reason. apart from service everything is good most visiting place for everyone

If there was zero star or a no star I would have given that to this place! We had the worst experience ever. We hosted a birthday party and was so embarrassed in front of all our guests because of the service and the horrible experience by the waiters. When we asked for water we were told you're too many people we have to give you a drum! And this wasn't in fun the waiter said that in the rudest tone and refused to serve even bsic water. When we requested for our waiter to be changed the manager couldn't handle the situation and the waiter came back to our table and rudely asked our guests "Why did you have to complain about me?" We hadn't even complained. It was a very nicely asked request. The waiter then thumped the ice bucket on our table in anger and behaved horribly throughout. It was the worst experience ever. The food was very very average and so were the cocktails. It was a horrible night in front of all our guests and the birthday party was completely ruined! Would never recommend this place to anyone even after the 50% discount!

Extremely disappointing experience.. We had ordered food and also made a special request to get our child’s order on priority but the service is pathetic. The order came after half an hour and for our order we waited for more than an hour. There was no communication or acknowledgment from the staff during the entire time. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave without eating. Poor service and complete lack of basic customer attention.

overally very very disappointed,food quantities n quality over not as much as expected,n don't ever try der lemon juice,service was very bakwash,no sufficient staff,very dusty area...mannerless staff....fully bakwash restaurant in Bangalore.

we went 8 members for a party There was no one there on the dancing floor when we went there we asked them 5 to 6 times to play Telugu songs but they couldn't do it
