The cocktails were awesome, especially the Frisky Mango Picante and Sake Sour. The food was great. The service was on point [Maya did an excellent job]. Would certainly love to go there again.

Lovely staff, helpful in suggestions and pairings. While the uramaki cld have had more wasabi, everything was umami rich. Absolutely loved the hamachi crudo, it melts into your mouth.

Amazing food The Osaka style chicken wings are one of a kind must have and the beef main plate is also phenomenal

Stopped by Katana for a weekday lunch. It’s a fairly compact space, seating about 30–35 people at full capacity. The menu is quite extensive. We ordered a mocktail, scallops, gyoza, a mushroom-based main, and dessert. The shiso-leaf mocktail was fresh and refreshing. The scallops were cooked well, but the chilli chimichurri was slightly overpowering and masked the delicacy of the dish. The trio of mushrooms was enjoyable overall, though the truffle element felt underwhelming, and the sauce seemed a bit over-reduced, leaving a faint bitter aftertaste. Dessert was fairly forgettable and didn’t add much to the meal. The bill came to ₹3,400, which felt on the higher side for what was served. Service-wise, with only two staff members handling the floor, a little more attentiveness would have improved the overall experience. Overall: decent flavours and intent, but pricing and service don’t quite align with the experience delivered.

Visited Katana recently. It’s a small spot with a young vibe—dim lighting, good music, and great for a casual date night. The salmon sashimi was fresh (though the wasabi was limited). The standout dish was the beetroot-cured tuna in tiger’s milk, a tangy Peruvian marinade that really worked. The salmon hand roll with crispy fried seaweed was another highlight. The scallops were good but the chili oil overpowered them. I had the gyudon, which tasted good but the portion was tiny for such a hearty dish. Drinks were nice, especially the watermelon sake cocktail. Meal for two was ~₹6.5K, so definitely pricey but worth trying once.

The food was okay-ish. The sushi was sub standard, balance of flavors in the Katsu curry was off.

Service is too slow and portions sizes are too small for the prices charged

honestly felt very disappointed with the overall dining experience. We entered around 2:35 PM and since their first half closing time was mentioned as 3:30 PM on Google we assumed we had enough time to dine comfortably. The staff informed us while seating that it would be the last order for lunch service, which was completely understandable, so we ordered everything at once throughout the meal it genuinely felt like the staff were just waiting for us to finish quickly so they could clear the table. Constantly hovering around and rushing the experience took away from what should have been a relaxed dining experience especially at a place where the pricing is on the premium side. Good food alone is not enough service and hospitality matter just as much. When customers are paying a significant amount for a meal they also expect to feel welcomed and comfortable not hurried. Hoping the management improves this aspect because the overall experience did not feel worth it.
