Senti was a very polite and professional help for us, we had the best TURKISH EGGS, cupcakes, coffee and burgers over here. Burgers were mid, but the rest were the best ever, and the staff here are very friendly, approachable and above everything, they were really aware of their items to pick from. Must visit!!

Great coffee overall! Garlic bread without cheese is downright shit, felt like amateur hour, with barely any taste. Service seems confusing, and its just the coffee that provides some redemption to this place.

Absolutely horrible service - I have seen sloppy service at places, but this was another level. Wait staff are deeply untrained, pay no attention to tables, are generally walking around staring into the open. We got there - had glasses put but no water. Then ordered Coke, but no glasses. Made our order but were told most of it was only available after 1pm - why then was it not told to us kr why were we given the lunch menu then at 11am when we went? The icing on the cake: each dish comes one at a time. The time between each is about 10 mins. As if thats not bad enough, the last one did not arrive at all. I had to go to the kitchen area and look for it. Shame. Then some lady came and apologized, after I kicked up a fuss, and we were given a piece of cake. Good gesture but too little too late.

Wow. My first walk out before ordering in a long time. Poor service. No one coming to clean the tables despite repeated requests. Menu wasn't provided unless asked, no qr code menu too. A couple sitting beside us cancelled their order due to long wait times.

service- It took 26 mins to get 2 cold coffees (with 1 of them still made the wrong way) and they forgot/couldn't be bothered to simply heat up the cookie. food is mid. not really why one should end up here .

Worst staff, bad food! only thing that kept me going there is ambiance. The staff has worst sense of hospitality. Some other cafe should open here insted of M&F, the location can be used to its best potential.

the service was dismal. half the menu items were not available. they took forever to give our items. to take my order itself took three people with no idea what was happening. worst experience.

Very average experience. They do not allow to order from table. You have stand in queue amd order every item. Coffee is below below average
