I went to McDonald's after a long time and it felt really great - the food, the service and the ambience was all like the good old 2000's #childhooddays Wish to come here more often ☺️

Have been ordering from this outlet since a while now. The Delivery is just great. Delivered always on time. Piping hot to your doorsteps. The run great offers of their app. I highly recommend to try mcdelivery. McChicken with strawberry milkshake is my fav combo.

This one is located in the Lido mall. The food is above average but the service can be faster. A couple of times there were errors in the orders, which was rectified later. Takes extra time sometimes. The washrooms are not cleaned and maintained most of the times. Please look into it. Ambiance - 2.5/5 Speed of service - 3/5 Food Quality/ Presentation - 3.5/5 Taste - 3.5/5 Portion Size - 3.5/5 Value for money - 3.5/5 Overall rating - 3.25/5

If there is an option to give zero rating, i would do that. Firstly, no option in food, no menu available. Then i was charged higher compare to other outlet for the same food. When i asked bill to check, they mentioned that they will provide with the order. When i went to collect the order, they asked for another 5 mins and promised to give the invoice at my table. While leaving the store, when i asked for the same, they said that they cannot provide due to some error. These behaviour and services is not acceptable from a brand like mc Donalds. As per them, my order number was 214, kindly check on the same.

After waiting for more than an hour in que they inform you that meals are not available.which they should have informed at the entrance.then they took another 45 mins to prepare food.even though they didn't had cold drinks atleast they should have provided regular drinking water. Few lights were turned off while we are still eating at around 10pm. The manager SOURAV were utterly RUDE.and were not accommodating at all. Really worst experience.. And of course the don't provide your bill even if you ask them multiple times.

Firstly there was no menu whatsoever. Secondly extra charges are levied without informing the customer under the guise of no price change. It's rather unprofessional and highly suspect for such an establishment. Pitiful.

They are irresponsible had ordered three cokes with the meal but they only sent one. Did not expect this and am very disappointed. Hope they start paying more attention.

Pathetic service. Even for a small order, I had to wait for a long time and follow repeatedly. Moreover they don’t even display the menu to choose from.

For 2 burgers I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. Then I got cold burgers without veggies and sauce. Pathetic service.
