If you’re craving proper Karnataka home food, Mysore Dining Hall absolutely delivers. Let’s start with the food because that’s the hero here. The Chicken & Mutton thali felt like a complete, comforting meal straight out of a traditional kitchen. Proper naati style cooking that doesn’t hold back on spice or soul. The biryani was another highlight fragrant and full of flavour in every bite. Just honest & hearty We also tried the idly with mutton unde curry, and that combination was outstanding. The soft idly paired beautifully with the rich, spicy curry, and the mutton unde were packed with flavour. The dosa with chicken curry was impressive crisp on the outside, soft inside, and perfect with the naati-style gravy. But what truly elevates the experience is the vibe. Traditional music in the background, simple seating, and that old-school charm make it feel less like a restaurant and more like eating in a warm, welcoming home. It’s not just a meal, it’s comfort, culture, and proper Karnataka home food on a plate. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I want something soulful and authentic.

This was just what we needed for so long in this area. Best find by me yet coz the food though limited for veg was just so tasty and homely that even my mother who really doesn't appreciate outside food just loved the Akki Rotti and Kadle Curry here. My husband who loves nati kind of non veg food just fell in love with the food here which speaks for itself. The place which feels like a place from another Era and also gives Mysore vibes is so simple and makes you feel nostalgic. The staff are very polite and inviting. Special mention to Mr.Gowda. Must try.. everything on the menu. My fav sweet Pheni is really good and also the custard milk. Don't miss visiting this place for revisiting the kind of restaurant which is nowhere these days just for itz pure simplicity in food and ambience. Hope this place stays forever. cheers:)))

We had Chicken and Mutton Thali for lunch. It was wholesome and worth the pricing. Do try their custard milk, very refreshing.

Please don’t fall for the pricing which they show .. it’s not worth to go and have .. the quantity is very very less.. u have to do repeated order for quantity and end up paying more
