There was lot of delay in service. Looks like no one was assigned for the table Everytime has to shout to grab attention of the staff Waited more than 30 minutes for single dish Only good part was food, was good

If you’re planning a special evening, avoid Ouro at all costs. We paid a ₹6,000 cover charge for what was advertised as a VIP outdoor romantic Valentine’s setup. At the entrance, the front desk tried to push us to a cheaper party area instead — only after insisting that we had already paid for VIP did they let us in. Even then, we were seated at a table that wasn’t outdoor as promised. After waiting and pushing, we finally got a better table — but the ordeal didn’t end there. From 10:15 PM to 11:00 PM, not a single waiter came to take our order. No one checked on us. The staff looked completely disorganized, running around with zero coordination. There was no manager available, no accountability, and absolutely no concern for guests. The non-refundable cover charge felt like a trap — once you’ve paid, they simply don’t care about your experience. We eventually had to argue and push hard just to get a refund, and finally decided to walk out

This restaurant is the worst I’ve ever been to. We went there on my kids’ birthday, and that was a terrible decision. They took three times to change their soda from lime soda to regular lime water. The food quality and taste were also pathetic. And to top it off, they don’t seem to value your time at all.

DO NOT DINE HERE unless you want an utterly useless experience. the service is useless and the managers are useless. You have to wait for an hour for a waiter to attend you. the food is average, especially when you are expecting a premium service. They are not accountable for their awful food and service.

Worst night over ever spent. the first meal came to me after 45 mins and the second one too after 50 mins. We kept asking and there was barely anyone to guide us. I asked for the manager and no one came. This was genuinely the worst night. I do not recommend anyone ever coming here.

The dish “rise of ouro” was pathetic, it should be removed off the menu, not worth 722/- , I can pay 50/-
