Biryani was salty , i reported the problem the waiter he said it was an issue with masala , but could not be fixed , while billing another waiter said if this was reported earlier i could have fixed it by adding plain rice . 😐 Mismanagement

This was my third visit to this restaurant, and honestly, I fail to understand how it continues to operate in this manner. A) On all three occasions, I noticed that used plates and utensils were not cleared from the tables even after customers had finished their meals and left. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, the response given was that there was a shortage of staff. While staffing issues can happen, basic cleanliness and table management should still be maintained. B) If you enter the restaurant between 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm, the staff behave as though the restaurant is about to close, even though the stated closing time is 11:00 pm. This makes customers feel unwelcome. C) I have ordered Mutton Haleem during my visits, and on all three occasions I found pieces of bone in the dish, which is quite unpleasant and concerning from a food quality perspective. It is difficult to understand how a restaurant can function like this in such a competitive environment. I sincerely request the owner/Samara Captial to address these issues immediately. If the situation does not improve, I may be compelled to report these unhygienic practices to the food safety authorities.

I will not recommend going here . Here service is very bad i am waiting 30 minutes to give orders no one is coming to take orders simply standing. And also dining is not clean .

everything is bad ,very limited menu , very long time for serving food, food is below average. went due to Zomato offer that was also not added

No straws, portion inadequate, too costly for the amount of food given, the fruit mojitos were just filled with artificial flavours

pathetic service and long long delays for everyone there.. many were found at Mcdonalds later .. lol
