Good service. Tasty food. Searfish pollichatu and egg roast had more gravy than the fish and egg. Egg roast was a bit too spicy for me with extra pepper and masala taste from the anise star was a bit overpowering

New location next door to start with. Having travelled from north Bangalore was surprised to see the shift to a more modern building. The older setup felt more authentic and nicer. With that overall everything was kinda ok. The food was good nothing bad about it but it didn’t feel like the old style chef Pillai restaurant taste that pure authentic Kerala food…. The highlight was the nirvana dish amongst all that we ordered. Service was ughhh the staff are really sweet but don’t think they’re trained. Food took forever to come…… Chef you need to buckle up and go back to how you were vs today!

We visited for lunch on Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. The food is good, but that service takes forever! I guess, it's a place to order take out but not dine in. We kept looking for waiters to give glasses, tissue paper , updates on the ordered items and finally cancelled some of the food as well after 1.5 hours of beng at the table, just half way through our lunch.

The food served was cold and not worth the price that you pay for the dishes. Ordered pol Sambal calamari, fried chicken, pothu fry for starters and the portions were very less and the flavours were not up to the mark. Mains-Nool parota, Appam, mutton stew, steamed rice and mango prawn curry. All the mains were sweet and no flavour at all. The service was pathetic had to wait forever for the food. Asked for some ketchup for the kid which did not come for 15 mins. Will never visit this restaurant ever.

Food Quality and Quantity has gone down. The chicken wings barely had any meat in it. Wait time for starters was over 20 minutes per dish. Seer Fish Nirvana, Gravy was good, but the fish was not fresh and tasted like frozen. 50% of the items in menu not available .Definitely has lost its taste & quality.

Pathetic Service… Just for a lemon soda we had to wait 25 mins… It’s outrageous… I came to celebrate my anniversary here… But it wasn’t great.. Came by 9 pm and left by 11 pm… I mean I wasted 90 mins in just waiting.. that’s the worst part

food are literally sweet all items we tried chiken gravy and biryani all are not spicy at all and price is to high for 2 members we need minimum 1500 to 2000 so it's expensive 🫰
