table denied even after booking 3 days before with cover charges and preferences was given to other people even after multiple requests. kept few tables reserved empty but did not allow us to sit. no professionalism from staff.. charged extra items not ordered.. if cricket was not entertaining us and kept us occupied then we would have not continue to at restaurant. not recomending this restaurant strongly. worst experience on amazing cricket final day.

Sorry to say this idk what happening to sherlocks but one time sherlock is was one of the best pub ever but now i cant tell that but u can think that its some person point of view but it’s really u need to update and do marketing i know your trying to do but still had a chance to come back best of luck to you brother and all the best

Our order was Hot & Sour chicken Soup, Tandoor Fish, Mutton Biriyani & Chicken Steamed Dimsum. We got our Dimsum starter after we had finished our meals & it was cold, nothing like steamed. The waiter was rude to us when we told him that it was cold & when we asked to cancel it. Very bad experience overall, not at all worth it

They treat different and food is also reduced as we book in Zomato they provide half of the quantity as we book in Zomato don't visit this place. Server directly told us about this they give half quantity who will book from Zomato sooo plz don't visit by booking in Zomato

They've Reduced quantity to literally half and doubled the price, earlier Sherlock's was something else.. now it has turned to worst in everything

they ask for service charge of 7.5 percentage before taking orders. If we deny to pay service charge, they ask us to leave.

Food was really bad, even the hygiene was bad. The food was definitely not worth the price.
