Food is worst and expensive. I never had bread in biryani but they are serving bread in mughlai biryani. Completely disappointing food.

Venkatesh, one of the cashiers, has an enormous amount of attitude, doesn't know how to communicate with customers, and has too much head weight. He will react rudely. Dear Hotel Administration, Please tell him that he is not the Sai Palace's owner or that he is not operating a charity to treat patrons brutally.

Half cooked dosas, tasteless dosas, sambar and chutneys. I used to be regular customer and have tasted most of the dishes and eataries. The quality has become worse. No taste at all. He doesn't have a competitor in that part of area so he has taken for granted.

Ordered veg grilled sandwich and it tasted really bad there was no salt or seasoning and the vegetables smelt very bad and full of mostly cabbage

Worst hospitality ever I have seen by the owner and the staff. It seems they are doing charity. We left without having food.
