I went there with my son who is 8 years old for a Sunday lunch, it was one of the poorest experiences we have had in a ‘good’ restaurant. First, the person attending our table asked us which water we would like, i clearly mentioned regular normal room temperature water and we dont need bottled water, he came back with a bottle off water and slammed it on our table, when i told him i dont want bottled water he told me there is no other water we serve!! I let it go, i try to avoid using plastic as much as i can and always carry my son’s water with us so that came handy. Anyways half way through our meal he came and served us normal water from a pink jug! Not sure how that happened! Moving on, we ordered soup, dumplings, tofu starter and hakka noodles (i clearly mentioned i want the noodles without any spice since it is for my kid) Soup was fine but the soup spoons that they gave us were dirty! Not washed properly at all! And i had to ask them to change them. Which they did. With the dumpling they gave us the chilli oil dip and red chilli sauce, i requested for the spring onion oil sauce, he said yes and got us a bowl of ‘sesame oil’ what on earth is that!! Who dips food in a bowl of sesame oil?!! And he insisted i try it! It was such a wonder that the hakka noodles were also spicy! I had to return that and get it remade! Such a waste of food! The tofu was extremely chewy and hard, not at all of the standard you would expect in a restaurant like this. All in all, a Sunday meal time wasted and a cheat meal that will not be cherished! Hoping they improve atleast their basics! Oh! The restaurant was 90 percent empty and still their service was so poor!

My rating is completely based on a very distressing incident we witnessed at Suzy Q last night. There was an uncle, who apparently was a regular customer as confirmed by the staff, who was creepily taking photos and videos of women. We tried to bring this up with staff and bouncers but the response wasn't so helpful. Hence posting it as a review here so that folks visiting this place can be careful of this creep. Also management of the restaurant really needs to ask the staff to take these complaints seriously. The incident was extremely upsetting to witness. While we wanted to confront this person, but with lack of concern from the staff, it felt a bit dangerous to do so. I sure am never visiting this place ever again and telling folks I know not to as well.

Never go to SuzyQ, my fiancé and I went to SuzyQ with our friends on 9th May, some random guy started hitting/pushing/kicking him, saying aloud “do you know who my dad is” they threatened us inside SuzyQ not a single staff or bouncer came to rescue we were chased out of fear by those local gang. This is the reputation SuzyQ holds, I used to be a regular customer at SuzyQ now I’d spread the word in Bangalore to never go to SuzyQ and also deciding to contact police to take severe actions on what happened to us last night at a club which claims itself so elite and asking for such expensive cover charges and so unsafe.

We are regulars at this place because of their food and drinks but they've probably gotten ahead of themselves now. We walked into the restaurant and the whole place was empty and yet they insisted that we can only get a table for two people. They were happy to see us walking out. For someone who's regular here I'm not sure I'll be coming back or bringing any friends or family. Extremely disappointed.

Pathetic place. You've got to be careful when you clear your dues as there are high chances they'll rip you off more money than you owe these folks.

This place has rats! We saw two near our table and told the servers immediately. They were not concerned at all. Horrible.
