I booked dome cafe for a birthday surprise for my friend on 21st march. I took 8 pm slot after reaching there they said cafe is close due to some technical issue but I have already paid 2k as advance for booking. On 21st march they said the next day they are going to refund my money but from that day till now they haven’t paid me any refund. They’re not even replying my messages nor taking up my calls. They kept their no as switched off. I really had very bad experience with dome cafe. Irresponsible behaviour. Staff is not co operative at all. I will not recommend this cafe to anyone. Think twice before giving any sort of advance

Very dirty place at nagarbhavi. I have visited other branches its so good. Domes are dirty and sticky. Recliner look savage. Very bad toilets. Service was too late
