Special thanks to Mr. Deepak (the amazing chef) and Mr. Vamshi (our caretaker for the restaurant) for making this such a special experience

We went for our anniversary lunch here. Had a wonderful time visiting this place.Food is awesome with wide variety of items. Every single item on the buffet menu tasted authentic and delicious. Ambience is great. Service is top notch. A sincere thank you to Mr. Manoj for providing exceptional service.

Excellent food. made from scratch while we waited a bit. Had a very filling prawn soup, Cheese pie, and spinach filled ravioli and coffee. bill was around 5000rs but with district's offers, paid about 1000rs

Food was decent with a wide variety of dishes in the buffet menu. I was disappointed to see there is no sushi and would love to see that back in the menu again. There was a bathroom tap malfunction and my clothes were ruined. Food was good but the overall experience could have been better.

We had a confirmed booking, however on arrival it did not reflect in their system at all. We were casually told to go up to the terrace for food, which was disappointing right from the start—especially since it was a very special day for us. We then proceeded to the main restaurant, but upon entering, we were informed that there was no proper seating available as everything was “reserved.” We were made to sit on high chair seating, which was extremely uncomfortable. As someone wearing a saree, it was genuinely a struggle to sit and manage myself, and no alternative or concern was shown. The food experience was equally underwhelming. The spread was very minimal and absolutely not up to the standard one expects. Having experienced the JW Marriott before, this was nowhere close—there was very little to appreciate in terms of variety, presentation, or taste. Amidst all this, the only positive aspect of the experience was one staff member, Thakur (surname unknown), a server/trainee, who genuinely tried to make us feel better by offering complimentary drinks and a side dish. His effort and courtesy deserve appreciation. What was most disappointing, however, was the attitude of the management. The manager seemed completely focused on attending to foreign guests and showed little to no concern towards Indian patrons. This differential treatment was very evident and felt extremely disrespectful—bordering on racism. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. Poor coordination, uncomfortable seating, mediocre food, and selective hospitality made what should have been a memorable day quite upsetting. This is not the level of service or inclusivity one expects from a reputed establishment.
