We hosted a leadership + media dinner here over two days. Day 1 was fine, but Day 2 was extremely poorly managed. The venue wasn’t ready on time, staff were confused about orders, drinks took 20–30 minutes for key guests, used plates weren’t cleared, and fresh snacks weren’t served. Even the main course didn’t match the agreed menu. Despite escalating repeatedly to the on-floor managers — Mahuil, Ali, and Bhavna — there was no real ownership or urgency, only excuses. Disappointing experience from a place known for its reputation. Would not recommend Windmills for important hosted events unless service standards improve drastically.

Beers were great... Food on the other hand not upto the mark or the price they're charging. I've had much better tasting food elsewhere. We ordered Prawns in Mexican culichi sauce, the sauce was bland and prawns under seasoned. Ordered Peruvian chicken which was over seasoned and salty, plus the dip was not pairing with dish at all, it didn't even taste like a dip. We didn't think of ordering anything else by the first two items. I had booked it for a special occasion and requested outside seating which was not delivered even when seats were available after we sat down at a temporary place.

The menu is really limited for food and none of the available food items really stand out. The drinks were great but the accompanying food was just terrible. Vegetarian folks had a really tough time.

very limited menu. most of the famous and latest food items are jot available in the menu and chef not ready to customize also. portion served is very less.
