Went for brunch with my wife food was amazing service was fast A guy named Rafiq assisted us wonderfully, he was calm professional and super nice, the best part is Rafiq insisted us to try the main course and the icecream even when we said we are full.. this guy deserves a raise..

I went to the restaurant with my family to reminisce old memories but was thoroughly disappointed as there were limited starters in vegetarian, with no taste. The palak patta chat was the best and dahibhalla seemed dry. The salad were old and dry too and didn’t seem to be prepared freshly. The food at best was lukewarm. Everything was below average, thoroughly disappointed.

It was food and service both and I felt since I was alone like only one person booking so they did’t thought of giving so much importance Like I had to say atleast 4-5 times to get something Also the dishes in main course were not available as per BBQ standards and I had to ask 4-5 times to refill them

Visited Barbeque Nation, Mohali Phase 5 for a dinner buffet and the experience was thoroughly disappointing. The service was intrusive and poorly managed. A staff member named Rafiq kept interrupting our table every 30 seconds, completely ruining the dining experience and privacy. Table grill snacks were not served properly and had to be repeatedly chased. Crispy corn was served only after excessive insistence, which is unacceptable for a buffet setup. Starters were served in inadequate quantities — one plate of bhelpuri and palak patta for three people. This is not what a buffet promises. The main course was shockingly understocked — no fried papad, leftover noodles and Manchurian, and no raita. Dessert was equally poor, with only leftovers of moong dal halwa, phirni, and seviyan available. Overall, the experience reflected poor service standards, lack of replenishment, and zero attention to customer comfort. This visit was a complete letdown and not at all reflective of the Barbeque Nation brand.
