I was extremely impressed with the high quality ingredients and authentic Italian dishes here. The servers went out of their way to assist me, giving me bread as I waited for my meal. I had the king prawns, which were cooked in fresh garlic, accompanied by sautéed kale and creamy polenta. The dish was superb, every bite filled with flavor. I will be returning for this dish alone!

Ordered Bruschetta platter which was quite good, Penne Picante was excellent with the sauce very flavourful, Ice tea was okayish, and for the dessert Saffron Panacotta was delicious! Overall very good food, though service was a little slow. Highly recommend bruschetta and penne piccante

Great food and the staff especially Vanshika, Sudeep and Rahul were super helpful! Authentic italian food. Will definitely come back!

Chef Ablu made our evening with his perfect and special food, and personal attention to my gluten allergy. Three cheers for the Chef. I had gone to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my husband and son. The hotel is a shabby place with wilted flowers all over and untrained staff with poor knowledge. One exception was Chef Ablu and that saved our evening. I wish th Chef had his own restaurant and not worked in such a pathetic hotel that is a disgrace to the name of Hyatts. The man in a formal suit who moved around with a horrible n unhappy expression on his face throughout seemed to be the Restaurant Manager, and he should have lost this job in the hospitality industry years ago - not a greeting not a smile not a thank you. And of course he was not capable of training the staff. The hostess was pleasant I must add but no one knew what are bitters that we wanted to add to our tonic water !!

We misjudged our appetite as we ordered too much food for two people. Nonetheless each and every item was soothing to our taste buds. Ordered salad-okayish, the pizza was superrr yummy, the main course did total justice with amazingly creamy mashed potatoes, the risotto however could have been a tad better in my opinion but the tiramisu in the end made it up for all. Good Italian food and nice & kind service from the hotel staff.

Valentines Day Disaster I took my wife Preeti to Hyatt Regency for a special Valentines Day Dinner. We made reservations and we're duly seated. Our first impression was the table was wobbly, after some talking they sat us at a non wobbly table. We arrived at 8. There was a fixed menu with seemingly nice choices. I am sad to say that it was an utter fail as an event for Hyatt. The soup and momos were cold, the seabass utterly tasteless, the pizza tasted like it was made with ready made crusts. The salmon sushi tasted a bit fishy. And to top it off service for this dinner took 2 and 1/2 hours for a five course meal. I will have to think hard before I venture into shichang or piccante again. Utter fail!

Kanav was very hospitable but the food was really very bland. There is a huge scope for improvement. Very ordinary food. Service is good i appreciate it but food was extremely bad. Please get a better chef.

The pizza was the absolute worst. Bad quality of cheese. The dough was bready. Waste of money. Worse than dominos. Not five star at all.

They haven’t mentioned that liquor bill is excluded in zomato discounts.They ask for money even after paying the bill
