Worst place with worst service! Unprofessional staff, even the Manager don’t know how to deal or Talk with customers very rude behaviour, Charged us twice and said we’ll return within 15min, but after 2hours wait and so many calls and harassment, they said we don’t have cash right now and can’t even refund on bank account we will deduct in your next time bill only, finally after 3 days i got my refund in Cash by visiting again. Totally disappointed. That’s how they treat you when you purchased a ₹3000 worth of *Gold Membership Card* from them. Which they said can avail on maximum menu items, but when you ask for it, it is always Out of Stock!! You need to ask for a beer 5 times and for a refill 10times because they don’t listen you on first priority because they’re all busy with the so called DJ. Even the Staffs are not getting enough salary so they’re like “we don’t care do whatever you can.” Well still you can give a try and add some more feedback here.

They have done this to sale out there own vouchers. These people are making us fool. Add India excetutive are coming daily such shamefull act conduct by them. Twisted Barrel you guys are ruining your goodwill. Your dispute is with add India so why coustomers are suffering

not meant for families and girls.only shadee can enjoy this cheap place.dont opt for this place.not a professional approach for microbrewery in panchkula like city.
