We went to aadhirai on 18042021 before govt announces Sunday lockdown. Asusual due to new normal they received us with thermal check and sanitizer . Totally 5 ppl went there for lunch. We reached the place around 1.30pm and hospitality was great all staffs were very friendly. They started giving us complementary dish - Vadam with varieties of chutney/mayo it's different when we taste with mayo We ordered 3 soups ( 2 non veg and 1 veg) and 4 starters ( 2 veg and 2 non veg) and big list of main course ( 3 - veg ; 8 - Non veg) and 2 desserts. Standout dish : Madurai mutton chuka, kozhi kizhi parotta and kari dosa with salna. They served all dishes with some delay as they are preparing dish only after we order but the waiting time between dishes is reasonable, once they served the dishes we enjoyed the food as all the items we ate is fresh one. The person who took the order gave us many options to try out items with perfect combinations. We as a group enjoyed the lunch. Pros : all foods prepared freshly, natural waters (seeragam, root based) provided, hospitality Cons : less menu items for main course due to covid and one dish in veg (paneer karuvepilai) we found its very nrml. If u people visit after this review, ask for staff Babu he ll treat u with great hospitality and others also treat u the same ☺️☺️

We ordered many dishes for 5 people and it is billed for 4340 . We had a good time and even we went in by 10.15 and we had all dishes served hot and spicy as requested . It’s a good traditional place to have good quality food with your family and friends . Spicy lovers can try vedi Murugan chicken which is hot all over the body . Kabali is the Awesome person who took care of us ... he was very good in explanation each dish how is it made and full description of it ... keep up the good work

Aadhirai has such a authentic South Indian food... Taste was really gud.. Worth for money... Ordered Panagam granite😃 Loaded YAM Nachos Karuvepillai Panner 👏 English kaikari vepudu Chicken Ghee roast 🤤 Mirapakaya kodi Mutton chukka👌 Puliogarai with uppu kari🤩 Aadhirai Spl Parota 👍 Karupatti Coconut Milkshake 😍 Dessert Mutton chukka n chicken Ghee roast was awesome must try... 👌👌👌 Puliogarai with uppu kari was gud... 🤩 Karupatti Coconut Milkshake Vera level😍😍😍 DESSERTS was OK.. Service was quick.. Service - 4/5 Taste 5/5 Ambience 3 /5

I gave four stars only for the food which they told they don't have at that time. I was very much disappointed.Otherwise the taste was good. Chicken Biryani was not upto the mark. Kari dosa and prawns were my favourite. I couldn't try desserts. Will definitely go once try desserts.Pocket friendly❤️

Walked out of this restaurant with total disappointed. Looking at all social media promotion's I visited this place. We had ordered Crab soup and Mutton chukka as appetizers which was good and was served in some 15 mins. For main course we ordered Kal dosa and fish curry as side along with one pottlam parotta You know what, the pottlam parotta was served to us after solid 1 and half hours of order. By then our plates were dry and the appetite was gone. We had to continuously remind them about the order and they kept telling us that the food was getting ready. But once we received the food it was hardly hot. With all the waiting this was totally a disappointment. Later for dessert we had ordered madhulai payasam which tasted good, of course yeah a raw milkmaid topped with pomogranate will taste good. In overall you will just return back with a big hole in your pocket.

Went for family dinner nd completely ruined in this restaurant. Service is not up to the mark. Most of the food items not available . Qty of food is very less compared others South Indian restaurants.
