I happened to try Cafe Pramadham based on a friend’s recommendation during our one day visit to Chennai. The menu has so many distinct innovations and the taste was amazing. One of the few veg South Indian places I have seen with open kitchen ensuring utmost hygiene. I tried Idly with Poondu Kuzhambu- this dish cannot be missed when at Pramadham. Other things we tried were Karuveppillai mini podi idly, Mushroom pepper masala with coin parotta and paneer masala dosa and each dish was made to perfection. To top it up they have in house multi flavoured ice creams. This is a must visit place when in Chennai

Cafe Pramadam is one of the best places for any meal in the day - specially for its opening time at 7 am and closed by 12am. It’s got underground parking (20+ cars!!!) which is so tough or next to impossible to find on that road! Must try - 1. Karuvepillai podi dosa + Idli! Yummm 2. Special Ice cream made in house! 3. Coffee! I always stock up on my coffee from here and it’s heavenly! Best part is there’s always a seat for everyone even in rush hour.

I have been here multiple times and every time the food was so tasty and yummy. Note: deevika she is the gem of this restaurant. She helped me with the menu according my tastes. Thanks deevika <3

Pramadham offers well curate menu for South Indian food. I loved all the dishes that I ate. It’s a must go place to try out their food and filter coffee. Highly recommend this.

Food was delicious especially Bread Bhajji and variety of sweets. Filter Coffee was excellent. Overall a fully satisfying experience.

Thoroughly average food with high price. Vasantha neer was bad and bitter. Karuveppilai podi dosai was dry with no oil. Poondu kolambu idly and Nellore karam dosai were average

This is my second experience with cafe pramadham. The first was dine-in. Had ordered rava dosa which was not even crispy for road side shops standards. When confronted they replaced it immediately. The Upma dosa was also soft rather than crispy. The second experience was today. I had ordered for parotta and kurma and the kurma was just tasteless. Had no flavours and hardly any vegetables. I think they really need to rename their restaurant as “cafe below average” considering their quality of food. I would suggest that you don’t waste your time and money dining there/ordering from them.

A place that was my one time favourite has spoilt its taste and service drastically! No more a must visit restaurant ! Poor attitude of all here
