Best place in chennai to enjoy ice cream store is open till 2 o clock staff are good and friendly they respect customer as lovely ice cream and staff

Tasted the pan icecream and it was really good. Spacious place and great options for desserts. Zomato Pro was cherry on the cake.

We had 1) willy wonka -5/5 2) death by chocolate -3.5/5 Willy wonka was served in a waffle and it was good both in terms of taste and texture. I didn't like death by chocolate because of the vanilla scoop and the chocolate syrup. I personally don't like these chocolate syrup. Suit yourself and if possible try to ogle what they're making just in case you don't like any syrup or any other ingredients which you can politely yell not to put in your tub of precious ice cream. 😬

A bit overrated. I expected it to be richer and smoother. Ibaco/Havmor icecreams are definitely better than this. They do not have Butterscotch! What ice cream place does not have Butterscotch?

When i ordered for for first time the service is very nice and i was impressed. But i ordered second time by seeing the first order service, they ruined my belief. No wood spoons, not enough quantity and no tissues. I was very disappointed. I actually thought to give very good rating on my first order but unfortunately i couldn't give may be that happened for this situation to come for me to see their service. Please do good service. Except the service the taste wise i loved it very much. I refer too

When dry ice is hazardous y do u even send it with d pack... Who the hell will sut n read the instructions wen u see ice cream.. My kid n i got our throat burnt with tat just by holding in hand.. What if the kid consume it thinking it's ice I am seeing tat hell fr d first tym...melted ice cream is better to consume than this.... Please stop using dry ice atleast wen u send it as a parcel.. Still my throat issues n my kids cough haven't stopped it's been more than 3 days i am writing the review so that others don't utter this mistake... Worst experience never again cream stone

I had ordered a sizzling brownie with high hopes. The experience was truly disappointing. The presentation fell short as the ice cream had melted excessively, resulting in a messy and unappetizing appearance. The promised sizzle of the brownie was lacking, and the chocolate sauce was disappointingly thick. The combination of these factors led to a rather underwhelming dessert experience. I hope that the parlour can address these issues to provide a more enjoyable treat for its customers in the future.

Horrible Ice cream. Everything was Stale, it's the worst I have had in so many years. They have scant respect for quality. Willy wonka was nothing but Chocolate Diarrhea, Nuts overload was full of sugar and nothing else, DBC had the most disgusting stale brownie. I hope the health department raids this branch and closes it for good.
