Been coming to this outlet for a few years to get bakes,pastries and cakes. Ordered a 2kg cake for a birthday. Cake was absolutely yummy and fresh. No complaints regarding quality. Keep it up !

One awesome place for pastries ! They really have some good bdy cakes as well. For the first time I hav ordered Choco fantasy cake 1/2 kg for one of my friend and I was so surprised abt the rates too. It was worth for the quality the provide. They provide photo cakes as well with many themes.

One of the best confectioners in town , I have been going there since my childhood. I love their chocolate truffles and brownies ,it just melts in my mouth. Their innovation and variety stopped a long time ago so you cant find any new dishes, but the items available are great to taste.

My first visit to this branch of The French Loaf. Went with my cousin and aunt. This branch is located in the junction before the besant nagar Catholic Church near Downtown Cafe, Brew Room and Karaikudi Restaurant. There is ample parking space for bikes. Not many cars can be parked at a time. I had to park my car in the main road. Thank God it was early evening around 4PM, there wasn't much traffic. The interior is pretty small with just three tables that can seat 4-5 people each. Lots of cakes were available and every model kept in the display looked attractive. The service was really slow but the people who helped us were courteous. AC flow was good. The place was well maintained and neat. Food- Most of the items we wanted to order weren't available. Mainly no sandwiches were available. It was surprising to hear this in a place where they sell bread as their main item! Our orders were: 👉 Non-Veg Combo (Cafe Latte & Chicken Puff) [4.5/5] - The latte was thick and yummy. The quantity was also perfect. Neither too less nor too much. The chicken puff had less stuffing but was really tasty. It tasted fresh too. For Rs. 79/- this combo was indeed good VFM. 👉 Brownie with ice-cream [3/5] - The brownie was fresh but was slim which made the overall quantity kinda less. It was provided along with a huge scoop of vanilla ice-cream. The chocolate sauce on the brownie was kinda sticky. I wouldn't call this the best brownie, but wouldn't call it the worst either. It was okay. 👉 Dark Choco Punch (as per the menu) / Choco Blast (as per the bill) [5/5] - What I ordered was Dark Choco Punch but the bill read Choco Blast. Checked the menu and found that both cost the same, so didn't bother to ask them about it. Now this was perfect! It was exactly how chocolaty I would like my milkshakes to be. The quantity was humongous but still I managed to finish it in around 3-4 sips! It was so smooth and chocolaty and thick and tasty. Loved it! Paid Rs. 274/- which seemed pretty reasonable to me considering the quality of food. If not for the unavailability of items and sluggish service, I would have definitely rated this place a little higher. Location - 4/5 Service - 3/5 Ambience - 3/5 Food - 4/5 Pricing - 4/5 Parking - 2.5/5

The French loaf ! High on cost wise. Not so good bakery items. Few cakes were good. Ambience was decent. Nice location. But, they have to take some efforts to serve well for the price.

Worst outlet !! Looks very similar to the other branches but not in taste.. Visited just to stop the cake craving I had for weeks.. What they sell in normal bakery is far better to what they gave me here. Ordered WOW pastry which wasnt WOW at all ? . It tasted sour , as if it was prepared days back. Also ordered chocolate pyramid. It was made of butter cream which you get it in Ganapathy iyer bakery ? . What bothered me was the price. 80 bucks for a stupid 30 rupees worth cake. Shit. Never will visit this place anymore. Unforgettable experience !! Service - self service Food - 2/5 Cost - pricey for the quality. Ambience - Good.

Ordered 4 vegetable puffs at 10.40 AM. It arrives hot and stale. Clearly these were not prepared in the morning. I complained to Swiggy and those guys sent me a replacement batch. Can you imagine those were even more stale?! Now I'm stuck with 8 stale vegetable puffs. Horrible experience. Never coming back again!

Received a badly grilled garden sandwich, the order was delivered 20 mins late and the French loaf person ( a Mr.Mohan) went on the make excuses about how it takes me 30 mins to make a sandwich and that he had other customers to take care of. Super disappointed.
