food and ambience was good. AC is not working but hey swiftly arranged a pedestal fan. staff are courteous.

i would say food tasted fresh, however the sevice is not satisfactory. We had to ask for serving plates , spoons, remind them a few times. Staffs there were not quickly attending. They could have taken some measures to control the mosquitoes. Overall experience apart from food was very average

The food was so so. W head ordered soup 2/3 but the quantity was more 1/3. 😳 there were lady servers walking around but wouldn’t t make eye contact so had to keep repeatedly calling them for service. The ambience was good though, nice place to meet friends and spend some relaxed time

hibiscus tea pls add :) I don't find the service persons are knowledgeable. Basic Ceasars salad was not good, could feel egg mayo even after specifying veggie veggie kind

Extremely mediocre food. We ordered spinach and cheese fritters as starters and pumpkin soup. Pumkin soup tasted a little funny - I could not tell what was wrong with it , but it tasted little weird. Spinach fritters lacked salt and flavour . It did not exactly look like an Italian dish. For main course , we ordered a noodles in broth and vegetables and a chilli basil fried rice. The noodles was decent, but the chilli basil friend rice tasted like a gloried thakali Sadam. There was a person who attended to us - not sure if he was the manager or owner - when I gave him my feedback - he said he will check and come back, only he never came back. The bill came up to 900 bucks and I truly felt sorry for wasting money on this food today ! I won’t recommend this place nor and will go back to this place.

We've ordered veg thai soup and they served us chicken soup. The most embarassing situation ever for us in a restaurant came through them. They were not even regretting of what they've done and we just walked out of the restaurant. How can someone be this much careless?

Very poor experience. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food was not served hot. The taste was also below expectations. Overall, not a satisfying dining experience and needs significant improvement in both service and food quality.
