I was looking for a ice cream cake 🍰 for my parents anniversary, came across this outlet and went with it. This outlet is easy to locate. Parking is manageable in roadside. Ordered butterscotch flavour. Packing was spot on with ice bag to prevent from melting during travel. Also got enough paper cups, spoons, tissues, candle, black board with chalk to write text etc. Happy that all required items are given without any additional cost. Tastewise it was good. Fully covered with nuts. If cake is hard, give some time and cut. Pricing is okay. Can opt for it.

Quite good place !! Bit costly . Nothing great in the taste. Some flavours like black current and Italian taste differently , may be they are adding some stuffs in tops up I think so... Ambiance - 4/5 Service - 3/5  Taste - 3/5  Value for Money - 3/5

Unfortunately my order location was wrongly entered. But the delivery guy had went to the given wrong location. I called him and asked about the order but he said that I cannot come to your preferred location because this is the location which is indicating in my app. I called the restaurant and spoke with the guy about the issue very clearly but he said it's not our fault. If you want you could cancel your order was said by the employee of the store. Frustrated and again called the delivery guy and spoke with him and explained him about the situation and he understood the issue and promised me to delivery the product. The delivery guy was so polite and ready to help me but the store agent was not ready. In some situations Don't blame the delivery boys.

We ordered red velvet, Caribbean almond fudge,Jack fruit and Mocha fudge. Red velvet is something which was new in ibaco. You get the same ice-cream in all the branches of ibaco this is something which we all know. So I am not going write anything about the taste of the ice-cream because ibaco ice-cream's have their own bench mark which is undoubtedly AWESOME. Now coming to the service which was provided in that particular branch, we weren't satisfied. The staffs were rude and harsh to the customers and weren't polite in their approach. Not only to us, even when they interacted with other customers they were rude. The ice-creams started melting even before we could pay the bill.

Please do not order the mini raspberry cake as the ice cream filling is not raspberry but plain vanilla ice cream. Through the packaging and decoration was on point but the cake is not exactly what is described
