I visited this hotel for the December 31st New Year buffet, and it was a very disappointing experience. On regular days, the buffet costs around ₹800, but on that night we were charged ₹1500 + taxes. There was no prior information, no signboard at the hotel, and no announcement on social media about this price hike. It felt misleading. Coming to the food — it was not at all worth the price. The biriyani was extremely bland and tasteless, with no spice or flavour. When we questioned the chef, the response was that it was prepared “for family crowd.” That is not an acceptable explanation. People come to a hotel expecting good, flavorful food, not something so dull. They also served turkey as a New Year special, and honestly, it was the worst turkey I’ve ever eaten. It was hard, chewy like rubber, and completely inedible. I couldn’t even finish one piece. Overall, the food quality was poor, the pricing was unjustified, and the experience spoiled our New Year celebration. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed.
