Good ambience.. Satisfied with the service provided by the staffs.. Pizzas were soft, well cooked and filling.. Meal for 2 had 3 types of appetizers too..

Came in to pizza hut famished.. Was welcomed by dirty tables and an extremely noisy birthday party. While I understand that birthday parties are part of your business plan, I don't think other patrons at your establishment need to endure 50 children going wild. Possibly a cordoned off area for such events would be useful. The service at the restaurant was quite poor and most of the staff seemed to be hiding in the confines of the kitchen. Pavithra was the only one who was on her toes and trying to do her job.. The food however was great and I expected nothing less..{uid:31039355}

I have ordered a cheese pizza but the pizza was not cheesey. It's like a sweet pie and the taste also not good. If you mention as cheese pizza means make it cheesey. The Doug is not baked properly it's half baked.The pizza always eaten hot... But we got as if it was a left out pizza of some other customer and the same was just packed it to us. Topping was chosen sweet corn which costed 70 where as in pizza we could hardly find corn worth Rs 5. Totally wasted our money and time.. Very disappointing...

I ordered the Triple Treat meal on two days back since my dad was craving pizza. The pizza bun was a little hard and i dont think it was freshly made. Everything was pretty below Only the potato poppers was tasty. We've ordered in Pizza Hut once before, it was really good. Even after a half an hour, that pizza tasted good but this time it was bad.

The service was very bad . 1. Had ordered a meal for 4 option . Recieved everything except the desserts which wasn't given to us , we realized that while paying the bill so we asked them to pack that , we were to get 2 choco volcano but the waiter just gave us 1, and despite us asking him if the box contains 2 , he gave an affirmative reply . Only for us to realize after coming home that we were cheated. Cleanliness is almost 0 . When we got a table there was already a plate lying on the table which seemed dirty which was then replaced with new plates which were also damaged . A small girl sitting next to our table puked which was not cleaned by the staff and was lying there for the next 20-30 mins after which we left and still no steps were taken to clean them. Very bad and a pathetic experience. Need my refund for the choco volcano

Worst service ever had… we placed order by 07:15pm we ordered 3 veg pizza and 1 non veg pizza.. after a long time veg pizzas are delivered then they forgot the non veg pizza… then again they took order.. waited till 8:25 they told the order is gone from kitchen and they dont know what happend to the pizza.. and the servjce person told we dont know wat happend to the pizza.. such a pathetic place to order food .. tables were not cleaned properly.. the seasoning jars bave not been cleaned properly its was somewat sticky… everything about this place was at its worst
