I spent last Sunday at OitO, nestled in the peaceful residential neighbourhood of Caranzalem, and it was easily one of the most enjoyable brunch experiences I’ve had in Goa. The restaurant spans two levels, with clean, minimal interiors that let the food shine. I opted for a few vegetarian and egg-based dishes and was genuinely impressed. The sautéed exotic mushroom toast was deeply flavourful, and the soft scrambled eggs melted perfectly into their in-house sourdough, which was toasted just right. The OitO Cilbir, a poached egg over garlic-infused yoghurt, finished with chilli crunch and dill — completely changed my mind about the dish. It was soft, tangy, herby, and had a beautiful kick of spice. I also tried the flame-grilled chicken skewers with koji miso. While I appreciated the unique flavour profile, I found the texture a little dry for my liking. That said, these were just part of their small plates and by the end of them, we were surprisingly full. The true star for me was their Hummus & Pita. I’m usually not a fan of chickpeas, but this version, topped with caramelised onions, pickled vegetables, crispy chickpeas, and crumbled feta was absolutely addictive. Every bite worked beautifully. One detail that stood out to me was the pita served alongside the hummus. It was topped with za'atar, adding a lovely depth of spice and aroma. Interestingly, its texture and appearance bore a strong resemblance to our local poee, which added a delightful sense of familiarity. This fusion felt intentional and well-executed. They do offer a wide range of dishes, and here are a few I’d recommend trying on your visit: the Chicken Liver Pâté, OitO Carbonara, and Crab Cake Benni. OitO also goes beyond basics at the bar. The Lychee Rhododendron Fizz and Melon Mint Sparkler were floral, fizzy, and wonderfully refreshing. A big shoutout to Mayur, who gracefully walked us through the menu, the vision behind OitO and helped with thoughtful suggestions. Brunch runs from 12pm to 3:30pm, with live music that adds the perfect laid-back vibe. And while hummus is traditionally Middle Eastern, it has earned its place on many modern European menus and OitO’s version is a standout. Definitely a must-visit for a flavour-packed, slow Sunday in Goa.

It’s an European restaurant that adds a Goan twist by using local ingredients and flavors. Currently, they’re hosting a Crab Festival, and since I’d been craving crab for so long, I tried their Singaporean Chili Crab, it was absolutely heavenly! The crab was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. I also tried their Mezze Platter and Gnocchi in Sage Butter, both were delicious vegetarian options. Refreshing cocktails and ended the meal with a rich, decadent Chocolate Mousse. Every dish here reflects creativity and attention to detail. Must visit!

We visited here twice during our time in Goa. Our waiter was very good with his service and food recommendations. They have excellent food which are of the right portion sizes. We had their Arroz de Mariscos, duck Leg Au vin , batter fried fish and hummus, Singapore chilli crab pappardelle, Crab Rockefeller - loved them all! Also a solid remark for their amazing cocktails. Oito is a must visit if you're in panjim

The food and service were outstanding. We especially fell in love with the coorgi pork and the beef bourguignon. The food is to die for and the portion sizes are amazing. Will definitely keep going back.

I went there thinking that chef was Viraf from Across Mumbai was still involved with this restaurant. The new chef made our selected dishes very well and was pleasant to talk to.

Having dinner at the newly opened Oito in Panjim, Goa, was truly a transcendent experience. I kicked off with the King prawns Ajillo Recheado, which exploded with vibrant, fresh local flavours. This was followed by the sublime slow-cooked BBQ pork ribs, elevated by their own crisp apple amla slaw. It was a symphony of flavours that delighted my senses. The star of the show, without a doubt, was the heavenly crab in the classic butter garlic sauce. I ended the meal with Tiramisu, a dessert that never fails to uplift me. The service was exceptional, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The music they played was a delightful retro soundtrack. Meal for one was 3000

Nice ambience and staff is attentive. Drinks were really good. Ordered two crab dishes but could not taste much crab in either. Seafood linguine was good. Carrot almond cake was ok.

Gave this place 2 chances. Visited with family and a couple of friends who live in the same lane as Oito. Called ahead and reserved a window table both times (along the same wall as the main entrance door) thinking we’d have a good view of Goa’s gorgeous rain with a cozy vibe. Oh how wrong we were, both times. As you’re “fine” dining, your view immediately outside the window is a sweet white dog who the restaurant seems to have tied up for months. She cries in howls and whines, and upon speaking to my friends and the guard, it seems she’s tied up in that spot OUTSIDE all day all night (despite the torrential rain) with no looking after. I couldn’t have a good time after that. Still have it a second shot to make my mom try some of the food. We were greeted by the same window spot, the same poor dog, except this time we had a new friend - the carpenters building oitos furniture right outside our window. Drilling in the silent gulleys of Goa piercingly loud. + the whines of the little white dog. Couldn’t hear my own thoughts let alone my mother. Decent food, if you can stomach the rest of it.
