Have been visiting Pizza Hut for more than a decade at different places across India. Pizza hut used to be a decent dining experience with the three course setup. however this outlet stood out in a bad way for the first time. In my last experience here also, order was delayed beyond acceptable limits. However I thought of giving it another chance. Never saw the drinks I ordered from the ala carte. Then to make it worse Wrong pizza was presented at my table. Nobody even asked for water, nor were there sufficient fork knives and spoons at the table. The pizza was finished by the time I could remind them for the nth time that the drinks are yet to be served. Thus finally Just went out without the drinks. Everyone was Just busy with Swiggy or Zomato orders I guess. Should shut shop and waste dine-in customers time instead of running this sham of an outlet.

We have been loyal customers of Pizza Hut Margao, Goa, visiting every Sunday for the past 5 years. However, we were very disappointed to hear that thin crust pizzas are only available in large size since they are sourced from outside. It is unreasonable to expect one person to finish a large pizza, and this makes it very inconvenient for us. As regular customers, we expect Pizza Hut to cater to different needs and provide options in all sizes, including personal size thin crust. After so many years of loyalty, it is frustrating that such a basic requirement is not being met. We request that this issue be taken seriously and addressed at the earliest

Sad flexibility in terms of options. I had to beg the server to come to my table after he took my order as we wanted to make some changes which would actually make the restaurant more money. But as he came late, he said he had punched the order already. I have attempted this at other pizza huts in the world and they have made immediate changes. Also asked if I could pay extra and get a Pepsi black instead of a Pepsi in my meal and was refused. Really?
