Truly a hidden gem of Goa !! Located in the quaint & beautiful Fontainhas, Asia's only Latin Quarter. This place lures you with its vintage vibes. A perfect place to sip a coffee or hold on to your drinks . We had ordered a small pot of coffee ( 4 cups ) , it was just a perfect company in the rains & Cheese Toast which was pretty good. Watermelon Juice was not available. They also have a stay option available in this heritage property. Just be there, relax & breathe. A place worth a visit.

Excellent place to eat local authentic food.🤤Nice ambience.👏🏻 Sensational prawn balchao curry. And that dessert... serradura. How delicious!👌🏻🤤The food was cooked well and tasted nice.👌🏻🍴We felt the prices were on the higher side but considering that this is in a heritage property we felt that was okay. The restautant is in a old heritage building with antique furniture and wall paintings!❤️

Just like home... A small first floor verandah with around 6 tables. This quaint restaurant is in the fontainhas area which in itself is so beautiful. A narrow balcony with a small library and nice pictures on the wall immediately take you back in time. The food is extremely tasty. I had the best pomfret curry ever and the rava fried tiger prawns were absolutely delicious. The place is very charming. A must visit .

Beautiful place. Love the concept of refurbishing old Goan villas into hotels. Veranda is as authentic in terms of look & feel a restaurant can get to that of a typical Goan home. The masala tea is the best I have had in Goa. Period (I am an avid teal lover) The staff are helpful. Love the ambience. Would definitely recommend the restaurant for snacks etc. and also the hotel for a stay.

Love coming here for coffee and goan desserts :) After lunch in the city we love stopping by here to get coffee and their delicious goan desserts. We always share the caramel custard, bebinca with ice cream and my favourite - SERRADURA! What a lovely place this heritage hotel is with its beautiful quaint colonial style. Will always be back :)

Great location, the quaint fontainhas aura is just amazing. This place is a treat for your eyes. It feels very homey to sit and have a goan meal on the beautiful tables on the verandah. Great Job Panjim inn! It's very close to few art galleries and the service is wonderful. Tried chicken and prawn dishes. Loved the prawns, chicken dish was a let down.

The Verandah! I guess it should only be open for chitchat and coffee. Went their with 3 other friends on 1st Jan of This year, and let me tell you, it was far from pleasant experience. Even though there were hardly any customers, the service was a mess and food was below average. To start with, it took 20 minutes to get hold of the waiter. No water or Menus were offered. We were tired and hungover and cranky. And this lunch was insult to an injury. Then our order was messed up. My steak arrived before my starters and cooked almost well done when I asked for Medium Rare! By the time waiter found a steak knife for me, steak had gone cold. (The sauce was nice though) It's not over yet. My friends had ordered palak paneer and rice. As he was about to spoon himself some more, voila!! A perfectly cooked maggie masala cube intact with its wrapper. It was then I lost it. The waiters were terrified looking at my red and blue and purple face and the manager arrived from nowhere. Man, he was patient. He listened and listened and listened as I yanked my frustration about the entire experience. He offered his deepest apologies and was very kind enough to put the entire bill on the house even if we insisted to pay. He also got us a bottle of their home made Feni which helped us to get drunk more after. Being from the industry, My advise to you guys, you have a fantastic location. Just get yourself together! Hire or train your staff well, teach them how to handle situations. The food wasn't bad, you have a nice little menu. You can definitely work more on flavours a bit. It's not rocket science, just little bit more efforts and management skills. My best wishes!

The place looks pretty as picture but from then on everything was downhill. The pork ribs were insipid, they were CRUMBED and deep fried and were probably about 10% meat and 90% fat. Served without any sauce even though I was told they’d come with mushroom sauce. The veg sandwich and ham sandwich were both insipid. The chicken steak was also breaded that was crumbed and deep fried. Tasted of nothing, my wife barely took 2 bites. The white pasta that my kid ate was below average for anyone but decent for small kids.
