This is my 5th visit to Tomatos including 2024 visit to Goa. But the attitude the staff has is horrible is what I saw this year. I am sitting right now having paid cover charge of 4k with my 5 year old son. I took out water bottle for my son and suddenly waiter comes Nd says please keep the bottle of water inside it's not allowed. I asked why I just came from beach and any person will have bottle of water and he says no not allowed. I mean horrible terrible and utter inhuman behaviour and treatment. We use to.live Tomatos esp my son. My sis in law came last year for her birthday with her friends on my recommendation but I was wrong will never ever recommend this place.

Extremely disappointing experience not at all baby-friendly Visited Tomatoes, Morjim with our 11-month-old baby and had a very upsetting time. The music was unbearably loud, and when we asked for a quieter spot, they moved us to the AC section but the AC wasn’t working. What shocked us most was the complete lack of service. No one brought us a menu, no one came to take our order, and not a single staff member offered a high chair or basic help, despite clearly seeing we had an infant. For a place that looks premium, the attitude and service were extremely poor. Would not recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfortable dining experience.

Service was very good ... really awesome ... but was with my 82 year old who was getting into the car ... the security came and very rudely told us to move the car ... guys comeon ... you need to be courteous to the elderly ... while the whole restaurant was truly courteous but ur security just killed it

Save your money and your evening. This restaurant delivers terrible, unappetizing food and pairs it with the most disrespectful service imaginable. Thewas incredibly bland and tasteless and the staff was outrightly rude.

Place is shut and we were moved to a restaurant next door named The sea side.
